About This:

Bob Malone's previous two Delta Moon/Chartmaker releases, "The Darkest Part Of The Night" (1996) and "Bob Malone" (1998), introduced him to a national audience and vast critical acclaim. Selections from "Darkest Part Of The Night" won the Great American Love Song Contest, and appeared on the Performing Songwriter Magazine compilation disc. By the time "Bob Malone" was released, Bob had been voted one of the "Best Unsigned Artists In L.A." by Music Connection Magazine five years in a row, and had been featured on NPR's Acoustic Cafe "Best 5 Unsigned Artists In America" special. Bob has won songwriting awards in Texas, California, New York, Florida, and Michigan and has been featured on NPR's Car Talk, Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour, Acoustic Cafe, and Rock & Roots as well as The Travel Channel, and the ABC television series Cupid. Bob has opened for The Neville Brothers, Rev. Al Green, Boz Scaggs, Vonda Shepard, Average White Band, Manhattan Transfer, and Eric Burdon, among many others. Bob's long awaited new release "Like It Or Not" should broaden his audience substatially.
