About This:
DAYS OF DREAMING (1981 - 1986)
Before I moved To New York, I lived in a big red room with a little trap door in a large red brick building that was the original Nineteen Recording Studio, owned by my recording engineer/producer friend Ron Scalise. It was the scene of many a marathon recording session and many a wayward soul passed through that near pitch dark control room. There was a side door leading off the studio into the apartment part of the building, and in that hallway it was not unusual to find Bernie K. leaning against the water cooler, listening to the music with a football helmet on.
Most of these songs were written during my days of residing at 19 Whitney Street, in Hartford. The band was my original one, that recorded my self-titled 1980 record. They were: me- lead & background vocals, piano, Hammond B3, synthesizer, timbales, congas; Tom Majesky - guitars, background vocals; Polly Messer - background vocals; Dave Stoltz - bass; Robn Gottfried - drums. I played & sang all tracks on "I'm Comin' After You" & "Dungaree Vision".
