WOLFMAN PAUL In 2004 I met a former gravedigger from Southie (that's South Boston for you non-New Englanders). On first meeting, he looked a linebacker on steroids and he had a voice like an pissed-off water buffalo. But he had a heart of gold, or, at least, zirconium. Now, I hear, he is a svelte, respectable homeowner in Florida. I wrote this song for his birthday in 2005. It's kind of an ode to the way he used to bellow at the moon - and often for no reason at all.. I believe he actually may have been a lycanthrope, but in a good way.
