Songs about the Cherry Coal mine disaster of Nov 13, 1909 in Cherry IL. (please note i have added one more song to this album which is sold as a single as seen at the bottom of my albums list on my home page. It is titled the "100th Anniversary song") At about the same time i was building the model replica of the the Cherry Coal mine for the town of Cherry, i was so inspired by the whole subject. The photos, the stories, all of it resonated through me. So being a guitarist i felt inspired to write songs about the Cherry Mine Disaster. This album is a product of that inspired time.
