The Fish Story Song and Other Related Stories DVD VIDEO - NOW AVAILABLE! I've never written a kids' song before, so this is all new to me. Just as I was wondering what to do with a one-of-a-kind song, Todd Kwaitt came forward and said he wanted to make a video of it. And so he did. We shot it with a bunch of neighborhood kids on a fine summer day, with lots of singing and romping. (They did most of the romping, and a good deal of the singing, so I got off easy.) Since the song mentions Paul Revere, Paul Bunyan and the Man From Nantucket, I read the Longfellow poem, a Bunyan yarn and a kid-friendly limerick, and Jocelyn Slack, our favorite watercolorist, illustrated them.
