Artist:
Kerry Muzzey is an American film & television composer who has become equally well-known for two very different types of music: “Epica” or “trailer music” (as you’ll hear on his albums “Trailer Music” “Trailer Music 2” and “Cinematica”) and for a much more subdued and poignant traditional classical and filmic style, as you’ll hear in the scores for the Jessica Biel-produced film “Hole in the Paper Sky” and the Tribeca Film Festival darling “Amexicano.”

His music was catapulted to much greater notoriety in 2009 with the premiere of the FOX series “GLEE” which uses his cue “Looking Back” from the “Home Movies” album as a recurring love theme in the series, and with the use of “1492” from “Trailer Music” as the trailer for director Jon M. Chu’s series “The LXD.” Several of his instrumental cues were also used as score in the Sundance favorite and IFP-award-winning film, “The Unforeseen,” executive-produced by Robert Redford and Terrence Malick. Most recently, Kerry completed the scores for the Outfest Grand Jury Award-winning film "BearCity" and for the new Wendie Malick romantic comedy, "You Can't Have it All."

Kerry is based in Los Angeles, California.
