This 21-year-old rapper/songwriter and performer has been writing songs since the age of 12. Crager was born and raised in Houston, TX where he grew up in the neighborhoods of Alief.
Growing up, Zach always loved to entertain anybody who would listen. Crager loved rap music as a little boy and has not stopping listening since then. This lyrical poet begin writing songs every chance he got. Crager grew up on screw such as Swishahouse and listening to freestyle sessions. Tupac Shakur is a major influence to his rhymes and music. Crager has a very deep meaning behind every word in every song. This Alief soldier is not afraid to spit rhymes about what he feels and brings hope and truth to this world. This young rapper has a unique style and a refreshing new voice that will be sure to catch attention.
Crager and very close friend Ruston Johnson put together a one-song demo that was given to Mitch Dane in Nashville, TN. The very persuasive and determined rapper/songwriter gave up on nothing to get his chance to show what he can do on the mic. The saying "reaching minds through my rhymes" is the quote that best describes Crager and his presence when he gets behind the microphone. This is the quote that Crager truly believes in and stands by. Mitch Dane finally gave Crager the chance that Crager had been waiting for. Crager finally got the chance to show his skills on the mic and with a pen. The rapper finally has his own rap album and now is waiting to see what the Lord has next.
Crager continues to write songs and perform as he will perform this summer and maybe some this Spring. Check back for more information regarding tour dates.
